Wo Meine Sonne Scheint is an artist-initiative founded in Rotterdam in 2013 by Beatrijs Dikker and Bas Ketelaars.

We aim to foster artistic experiment and encourage the development of new working methods.

We initiate site-specific group exhibitions in which the emphasis lies on making visible the artistic production process, in order to increase the accessibility of the works to the public.

Bas Ketelaars completed his Master of Fine Arts at St. Lukas in Antwerp in 2009 and studied at the Kunsthochschule Weißensee in Berlin. Since 2013 he has been represented by Galerie Reuten in Amsterdam. His artistc works consist mainly of line drawings with graphite pencil, based on nature photographs.

Beatrijs Dikker studied fine arts in Arnhem and completed her master's degree in 2017 at the Institut für Kunst im Kontext in Berlin, where she is living since 2014, workíng as a freelance curator and cultural manager. Among others, she worked for the residency program Air Berlin Alexanderplatz.
